latex.url.quotation — Whether to delimit URLs with quotation characters

Synopsis

<xsl:param name="latex.url.quotation">1</xsl:param>

A. Description

When this option is enabled, gentext quotation characters (urlstartquote and urlendquote) are used to delimit the URLs when they are displayed as part of ulink [2.0.9] formatting. The delimiters do not form part of the URL or hyperlink per se.
